Hollenbeck, 47, of Oxnard, is an assistant to a manager at Naval Base Ventura County. He works for a government contractor that makes oil pollution spill and salvageequipment.
Jerry said he plans no major lifestyle changes, other than trying to meet his idol, country singer Merle Haggard, face to face during a birthday trip next month to LasVegas.
He received an oversized symbolic check from Stephen Brown of the California Lottery on Friday at Master's Donuts, 1911 N. Oxnard Blvd. in Oxnard, where he purchased the $250 Million Cash Spectacular Scratchersticket.

Master's Donuts owner Eng Senna, also known as Michelle, will get $5,000 for selling the winning ticket. She said she will use it to fix up her shop, which also serves sandwiches, hamburgers and breakfast croissants and doescatering.
He said Friday he has no plans to leave his job of 28 years. He does, however, intend to buy his wife, Kari Hollenbeck, a newcar.
"I let him buy the tickets," Kari Hollenbeck said. "So I win,too."
