Shoulders' sister, Tina Baltz, echoed that sentiment in harsher terms.
The judge marveled at the long list of drugs obtained after he had already gone to drug rehab.
On Friday, prosecutors asked Fishburn to revoke Harrell's bond in light of the new charge.
"I think it's a little suspicious that his medication is all coming from an hour away," Valiquette said.
doctor," he said.
Harrell's attorney, Ed Ryan, argued that Tennessee law requires judges to consider the least restrictive means to make sure a defendant shows up to court and isn't harmful to the community. He suggested house arrest was more appropriate.
He gave the judge a long list of prescription painkillers he said his client was legally taking when he was arrested in Mississippi.
"He's already killed somebody," said Assistant District Attorney General Rebecca Valiquette. "The only thing that's going to keep the community safe is to put him in jail where he belongs."
"I want the court to know that this is not self medicating or illegally obtained," Ryan said repeatedly. "There was not something shady going on with the medication."
"In less than 30 days, he's got 360 oxycodone and 60 OxyContin from his New Era Yankees 920 Washed At Navy/Cream
The scramble occurred in half an hour, and began after Criminal Court Judge Mark Fishburn said he would allow Robert Todd Harrell to live under house arrest only if he stayed in Davidson County.

"Does his physician know that he is an addict?" Fishburn asked Ryan, later asking, "Why is his doctor in Alabama?"
Friday's hearing was attended by all of the members of 3 Doors Down, which recently suspended him from the group.
"You could have hurt someone else or yourself or killed someone," she said in court. "I'd rather he be locked up if he's going to continue with the drugs."
Ryan responded that Harrell's doctor in Mobile, Ala., wasn't that far from his home in Mississippi. The distance between Biloxi Ny Cap Price
and Mobile is roughly Chicago Bulls Cap
Harrell, 42, was charged after an April 2013 crash that killed Paul Howard Shoulders Jr., 47. He has Nike Hat Gray pleaded not guilty and is free on $100,000 bond, but he was picked up two weeks ago on a charge of driving under the influence of a substance other than alcohol in D'Iberville, Miss.
But the list drew harsh criticism from Fishburn, who referred to one of Harrell's doctors as a "legal drug dealer."
Harrell's house arrest requires that he spend every hour in the residence, with the exception of legal appointments. He also will be required to wear an electronic leg monitor and maintain a landline in the home.
The bass player for 3 Doors Down scrambled to find a home in the Whites Creek area Friday in order to avoid going to jail until he stands trial on vehicular homicide.

Fishburn gave Harrell one hour to find a place to stay in Nashville until trial or be sent to jail. Within half an hour, Ryan had secured Harrell a home in the Whites Creek area.
"And from different doctors," Fishburn added.
